1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period.
2. Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Contact hello@storyteller.ai with your account email and order details so we can review the request.
3. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or did not authorize a charge. We will investigate and work with Stripe as needed.
